FUTURAMB’s laboratory under FUTURLAB brand name performs internal analysis for process control on vermicomposting, vermiculture and vermifiltration in Unidade de Valorização Orgânica such organic waste analysis and products obtained – wormcompost, leached, extract and vermicompost tea. This control procedure further comprises monitoring of several parameters such as moisture, temperature, pH or oxygen.  We also provide and perform further activity related to the worm ecology and biology in particular the study of their anatomy through dissection or toxicological studies, behavior and physiology.

Do you want to know your wormcompost characteristics? Do you want to know what concentration of nutrients has? To be an analysis as accurately as possible, we suggest that upon delivery of the test sample it contains at least 500 g of wormcompost.  For leachate, extract or tea analysis we suggest that upon delivery of the test sample it contains at least 500 mL.Analisamos nitrates, soluble phosphorus, assimilable potassium, micronutrients among many other parameters depending on each situation.For wastewater, we analyze the parameters as indicators of organic load Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Dissolved and Suspended Solids (DS and SS), nutrients (nitrogen and total phosphorus) and others.
